Most signal services are a Telegram channel and a promise. We wanted BeforePump to be the opposite: a real piece of software that watches the whole market by itself, shows every result in public, and works the same in English and Arabic, on a laptop or a phone.

BeforePump was designed, built and is maintained by ITCM — IT Consulting Management, a remote web and software studio. This article explains how the platform is put together and the engineering decisions behind it.

1. A data engine that never sleeps

At the heart of BeforePump is a scheduled engine. Every few minutes it pulls public market data from Binance — open interest, volume, funding — for every USDT-M futures pair, compares each coin with its own recent baseline and scores it. Only when several independent conditions agree does a signal fire. Today the engine keeps 789+ coins under live monitoring around the clock.

2. Trust built into the database

In crypto, results are easy to fake. So the rule from day one was simple: every signal is logged automatically the moment it fires and tracked until it closes — winners and losers in the same table. The public track record reads straight from that log, and anyone can download the raw CSV.

Even the methodology page is generated from the live system settings, so the published rule can never drift from what the scanner actually does.

3. Bilingual and mobile-first

A large part of our audience reads Arabic. Instead of a translated afterthought, the site was built bilingual from the start: right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, matching URLs under /ar/ and proper hreflang tags so Google shows each visitor the right language.

BeforePump can also be installed as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop. It is a progressive web app (PWA): pages open instantly from the device, while prices and signals are always fetched fresh.

4. Subscriptions without holding anyone’s money

Members subscribe with USDT on BNB Smart Chain and submit the transaction hash. Access switches on immediately while a person verifies the payment on the blockchain — no exchange API keys, no stored card details. File uploads are checked by their real content, not their name, and the upload folder cannot run code.

5. Built to be found

A new domain has to earn its visibility. The site ships with auto-generated pages for every monitored coin, structured sitemaps, schema markup, research articles, an llms.txt file for AI search engines and Search Console tracking from day one.
