Pump & Short Research Hub
This is where we explain the full methodology behind BeforePump detection: how we catch pumps before they happen (LONG), and how we spot overcrowded longs primed to drop (SHORT) across the full range of Binance Futures pairs. No hype — just the signals we track, backed by free guides, free tools, and a verified record you can check yourself.
The Data We Track
How We Detect LONG Signals
The scanner checks every pair for accumulation footprints — a volume spike on flat price, rising open interest, and order flow shifting to the bid — and only fires a LONG when multiple technical checks confirm, with an entry, three targets (TP1/TP2/TP3) and a stop loss.

How We Detect SHORT Signals
A SHORT fires when the long side becomes heavily one-sided on strong volume. A separate short score rises with crowding, volume and upward momentum. Each signal carries an entry and a 10% downside target within a 7-day window. When a coin appears on both lists, we treat it as a SHORT. (We keep the exact thresholds private.)
